Willingness to manage and oversee various sports codes offered at Herschel? Strong administration, communication and organisational skills which include the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and accurate record-keeping? Ability to take initiative, address challenges, analyse sports programme and propose new ideas to improve the sports programme? Ability to adjust to changing situations and handle unexpected tasks or challenges? Be comfortable with using digital tools, software, and platforms related to sports management and communication? Enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to fostering a positive sports environment for pupils? Understanding of sports coaching, players development, and the importance of a whole-school sports approach? Experience in coaching – accredited coaches will have an advantage? Commitment to practices during the week and matches on weekends? Availability for National Tours and tournaments which may include weekends, public holidays, and school holidays?
