We look forward to your application!About the Role:As a Specialist – Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and facilitating Scrum events, ensuring our teams stay focused, aligned, and continuously improving. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Manager – Scrum Master to support Agile transformations across MTN, driving productivity, innovation, and positive team dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Guide Agile transformations within MTN by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Track team progress throughout each sprint, maintaining visibility and communicating status to stakeholders.Assist in resolving conflicts, promoting collaboration, and fostering a productive work environment.Educate stakeholders on Agile methodologies, advocating for Agile values across the organization.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).4+ years of relevant experience, with 1-2 years in applying Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Proficiency in Agile principles, strong facilitation skills, experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.If you are passionate about your craft, value excellence and delivery, want to make a meaningful impact to the lives of over 300 million customers across 18 countries, MTN is the right place for you.
