Barista & Sales Position (Grade 12)
The opportunity:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salesperson with a unique blend of customer service skills, sales expertise, and hospitality experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing delicious coffee beverages to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement : Being an ambassador for our brand and offering exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Sales Expertise: Understand and communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales and achieve targets.
Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee beverages to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
Store Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including the coffee preparation area.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support overall store operations and achieve sales goals.
Inventory Management : Assist with stock replenishment, product displays, and inventory management.
Requirements:
A Matric certificate
Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
Experience in the Hospitality Industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to take initiative.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
