The main objective of this pivotal role is to provide data insights and analytical support related to key business processes to ensure they are within the framework as defined by Group Standards and the relevant laws and regulations applicable across the region.What you will be doingSupporting the Regulatory Compliance Review process across the region and ensuring all agreed actions are closed out in a timely manner;Supporting the Regulatory Compliance process for the region;Supporting the internal control risk framework through regular reviews of critical processes performed within each business unit;Supporting local insurance activities on behalf of the Region (e.g. placement and renewal of policies, provision of insurance certificates) and participating / providing information to support international insurance activities;Monitoring, reporting, and assisting in the close out of action plans generated in Enablon;Assisting in Enablon Compliance module training across the Region to enable improved adherence to compliance on sites;Performing ad-hoc reviews / investigations as requested by the business;Assisting the business in developing formal guidance to support the improvement on Regulatory Compliance.What you will bringMinimum 3 to 6 years' experience post qualification in Safety and Risk Management;Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders;Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement;Ability to plan, influence & execute;Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.What we offerAs part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
