Minimum Qualifications: 2 - 3 years experience in a similar environment
Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas [NQF Level 07] in Generic Management
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess bookings, reservations and related tasks timely and accurately in order to ensure effective travel arrangements.Accountable for the execution of specialised work including the improvement of quality, standards and outputs within defined work routines and operating procedures.Proactively solves problems, determines root-cause and applies solutions in line with guidelines and providing the necessary information to solve problems related to area of specialisation.Plan for own task execution and advises on improvements related to area of specialisation.Allocate projects to Mentenova Consultants and Actuaries team and track progress.Manage tender process and ensure that they are timeous and accurate.Maintaining a creditors recon for the Metanova Consultants and Actuaries business.Develop the methodology to organise and plan logistics according to set standards.Schedule and prioritise meetings, workshops and conferences.Accountable for diary management and preparation of presentations.Responsible for organizing quarterly team building sessions for Mentenova Consultants and Actuaries (MCA).Finance ResponsibilitiesAdhere to specified standards, policies and procedures to prevent potential losses/wastage related to the area of specialisation.Keep up to date invoicing records, allocate the payments and track progress.Required SkillsResearch and Information Gathering (Basic)Business Acumen (Basic)Planning and Controlling (Fundamental) (Basic)Customer Relationship Management (Basic)Organisation and Attention to Detail (Basic)Interpersonal Effectiveness (Basic)Relationship Management and Networking (Basic)Teamwork and Cooperation (Basic)Problem Solving and Analysis (Basic)Communicating with Impact (Basic)Professional/Technical learning (Basic)Speak to your HR representative or visit our career site for opportunities within your area.
