KEY OUTPUTS: Administrating of Senior Consultants files.Admin and provisional maintenance.Attention to detail on file details like dietaries and loading of movements and reconfirmations of files.Ensuring lead times for responses are met according to standard operating practices.A good understanding of specific requirements for FIT itinerariesCommunication and Values. Constant, consistent and clear communication daily with reservations team and suppliers.Upholding the values of &Beyond ... Care of the people, Care of land and Care of the wildlife.KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Good understanding of delivering excellent service to agents and consultants.Excellent written and verbal Spanish and English.Some understanding of a reservations environment is advantageous.Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Basic Level Outlook, Word and Excel.Knowledge of Tourplan or any other reservations system advantageous. SKILLS REQUIRED: Communication skillsAttention to detailTime & desk management including working in an orderly focused mannerThe ability to work under pressure and show initiativeUnderstanding of travel industry and preferably Tour Operating specificallyElaborating in writing explanations or descriptionsMust be computer literate and have an in-depth knowledge of Word and ExcelCalm and professional manner assisting the Travel SpecialistsA willingness and aptitude to learnFluent in both verbal and written Spanish preferably South American Spanish QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Tourism/Travel-Related Qualification (degree/diploma/certificate) preferable1- 2 years administration experience preferablePERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: An independent, curious and "can do it" natureSense of urgency and adherence to deadlinesPassionate about guest delightDiligence and self-motivationThe successful candidate should have an enquiring mind, be methodical, and pay attention to detail, be creative, and show perseverance and patience, ability to work under pressure, ability to accept routine and mundane tasks, have high energy level, be flexible, and have the ability to overcome obstacles and persist with the task at hand, be decisive and adaptable.
