A dynamic engineering company based in Centurion is looking for a young vibrant female Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be between 25-35 years old and have 2-3 years of experience in general office administration. We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Afrikaans, takes ownership of their work, and brings a welcoming, homelike atmosphere to the office. Key Responsibilities: Front office duties, including answering the telephone, directing calls, and welcoming guests. Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments. Keeping the filing system up to date. Managing office supplies, including stationery and groceries, and ensuring the office is well-maintained. Liaising with suppliers for facility management (cleaning, catering, security). Managing cleaning staff and overseeing the general office condition, arranging necessary repairs when required. Assisting senior management as a PA with tasks such as booking flight tickets and accommodation, and handling special requests. Generating approved orders and managing month-end invoices using Pastel and Sage Intacct. Handling communication between the Admin department and other offices. Assisting with any special requests from management. Requirements: Matric certificate. 2-3 years of experience in office administration. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). Basic knowledge of bookkeeping with experience in Pastel being advantageous. Bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A hands-on approach with experience in office machines (printers, copiers, telephone systems). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
