A busy workshop seeks to employ experienced SPARES COUNTER SALES CONSULTANTS to manage and develop the sales of the Company's products by assisting walk-in customers, providing telephonic assistance, and handling the process of orders.Suitable candidates will have at least 2 years' experience as a Spares / Parts Counter Sales CONSULTANT, including excellent communication and customer service skills, with a driven and outgoing personality.REQUIREMENTS:Min 2 years' experience with Spares / Parts Counter or similar salesAutomotive spares / parts knowledgePreferred counter sales experience within the Automotive industry (advantage)Stock control systems exposureMatricComputer literate (MS Office)Code 08 drivers' licenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressureProven customer service skillsDUTIES:Sales of all spares & parts related to the automotive industryEstablish, develop and maintain business relationships with current company customers and prospective customersIdentify and recruit new customersAssisting customers with queries and complaintsPrepare quotations for current and prospective customersFollow up on quotationsCost calculations of products on saleDeliver partsAssisting with loading of stock parts for various customersAssisting with stock takesHousekeeping of storeAd hoc tasks as required from SupervisorAssist walk-in customers with their requirements (counter sales)Provide telephonic assistance to customersEntering of sales orders and expediting sales ordersMaintain and develop current internal sales client baseEnsure CRM system is kept up to dateAchieve allocated sales targetAssist with marketing activities when needed (product launches, exhibitions etc)Provide support to the sales team when they are out of officeCorrespondence is reserved for the shortlisted candidates that meet the minimum requirements.
