Spare Parts Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:Lead the sales team, meet targets, and maintain customer relationships.Provide product advice and resolve customer issues.Team Leadership:Manage and mentor the Senior Sales Coordinator.Conduct regular training and set clear performance goals.Collaboration:Coordinate with finance, procurement, and production to process orders efficiently.Import & Export:Manage spare parts shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.Reporting:Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and identify growth opportunities.ERP Systems:Use ERP systems to streamline sales and inventory management.Qualifications:Business degree or related field.3-5 years in sales, preferably in mining/manufacturing.Knowledge of engineering parts and ERP systems.Strong leadership and communication skills.Working Conditions:Based in Jhb South with occasional travel to customer sites.Competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
