You will also support the Spa Manager and the front desk coordinator. Your duties will also include doing the bookings and scheduling and corresponding with guests, and welcoming them to the spa with refreshments.Minimum requirementsMatricBeauty Therapy, administration or Sales diploma (advantageous)Familiar with the duties and procedures in a Spa / Wellness CentreAt least 1 year experience as a receptionist in a Spa environmentMS Office, Excel, ESP and Opera knowledge advantageousCompetencies / SkillsCommunicate any problem areas to Spa ManagerStock TakeComplete daily cash up and sales reportsFamiliar with the treatment protocol and spa-related productsResponsible for the welcome drinks stationWelcoming clients at the spaBuild and maintain client relationships and communicate specialsUpsell products and services.Ready to Join?
