What you will be doing: Provide exceptional spa treatments and services to ensure each guest enjoys a rejuvenating experience.
Deliver a range of therapeutic services while fostering a calming environment.
Maintain high standards of client care, relaxation, and well-being.
Enhance guest satisfaction by delivering customized treatments tailored to individual needs.
Create an inviting and tranquil atmosphere to support the spas reputation for excellence.
Minimum requirements: Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
Language Skills: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.
Technical Skills: Computer literate with a minimum level 2 experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Certification: In massage therapy or related spa treatment expertise.
Experience: Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
Passion: A commitment to ongoing learning in therapeutic practices.
