Key performance areas: Manage, oversee, organise and optimize the IS&T Edge product applications that are developed/procured and implemented at the City of Cape Town Make recommendations concerning development, acquisition of outsourced applications, and deployment of such IT edge solutions Responsible for implementing, supporting and assisting in the integrations of existing and new edge product applications Manage strategic relationships between internal IT resources, distinct business units, end users, vendor and partner organisations Oversee that all edge IT applications are aligned with the strategic objectives of the City and its application architecture Financial control Project and contract management Optimisation of people skills and resources.
