Spa Therapist

Candidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality as FOH/Reservations/Spa Therapist.Responsible for reservations and FOH duties as well as assisting lodge managers and filling in while the GM couple is on leave so overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services and the various departments such as: housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.Good Communication skills are also a must and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality to exceed guest expectations. This individual should also be able to assist with general administration at the lodge therefore strong administrative and organizational abilities essential.Experience on PANHospitality reservations and accounting system would be a huge advantage.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and leading by example is very important.Availability to work flexible hours and extra hours when required.Own transportThis is a live-in position, with meals and uniforms included.
