Health & Safety Officer ABOUT THE POSITION The candidate must be fully registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP), as required by the Project.
Minimum Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Safety/Risk Management or related area.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety officer role within a building environment.Management or supervision of staff or team in the HSE environment.SAMTRAC will be advantageous.Certificates in HIRA & SHEQ auditing.Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.Problem-solving with a solutions-driven mindset.Analytical with an eye for detail.Ability to work in a pressured and deadline-driven operating environment.Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Act and the Compensation Occupational Injury and Disease (COID) Act.Fully Registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).Certificates: Working at HeightsLadder InspectorFirst AiderLifting Equipment InspectorIf you meet the above requirements, apply today by emailing your CV and all certified documents plus your last payslip to: ****** About The Employer: We are looking for a Health and Safety Officer to join our highly skilled team in Johannesburg for a Project (12-month Contract).
