Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities:Spa Treatments: Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies according to established protocols.Guest Service: Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to guests based on their individual needs and preferences.Product Knowledge: Utilize and promote spa products effectively, ensuring guests are informed about benefits and usage.Hygiene & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area, adhering to health and safety regulations.Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of treatments, guest preferences, and any relevant feedback.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other spa and lodge staff to ensure a seamless guest experience and support team objectives.Upselling: Promote and upsell additional spa services and products to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.Requirements:Qualifications: Relevant certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury or 5-star environment preferred.Skills:Proficiency in a variety of massage and spa techniques.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
