Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Extend a warm welcome to clients and a heartfelt goodbyePerform spa treatments according to spa offering and following the established spa standards and guidelinesPerform massaging activities according to each client's instructions (pressure and preferred oil/cream)Use of proper etiquette and professionalism at all timesMaintain a professional appearance at all timesRespond to all guest concerns or complaints with discretionActively sell additional spa services, encouraging return visitsMaintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules and specialsAttend regular training sessions and product knowledge coursesProduct usage control to ensure costs are maintained at all times (minimize wastage)Ensure equipment and product cleanliness at all times, and that all in good working order/functioning properlyUphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and proceduresMaintain and develop a client base and maintain confidentiality policy for all spa guests, including demographic information, medical histories and appointmentsMaintain positive guest relations at all timesDemonstrate knowledge of current trends in spa industry and stay up to dateQualifications and experience requiredMatric or Grade 12 certificateValid Code 08 Driver's LicenseInternational Spa Qualification (ITEC/CIDESCO/SAAHSP)First Aid TrainingMinimum of 2 years spa experience in reputable establishment (5-star establishment)Details: Monthly PackageFood AllowanceMedical AidProvident FundTransport to work
