Key Responsibilities: Spa Treatments: Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies according to established protocols. Guest Service: Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to guests based on their individual needs and preferences. Product Knowledge: Utilize and promote spa products effectively, ensuring guests are informed about benefits and usage. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of treatments, guest preferences, and any relevant feedback. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other spa and lodge staff to ensure a seamless guest experience and support team objectives. Upselling: Promote and upsell additional spa services and products to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue. Requirements: Qualifications: Relevant certification in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field. Experience: 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury or 5-star environment preferred. Skills: Proficiency in a variety of massage and spa techniques. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
