Spa Receptionist

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome spa guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage spa appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently using our reservation system. Handle guest inquiries about treatments, services, and facilities, offering knowledgeable recommendations. Process payments and manage cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere for all guests. Assist with retail sales of spa products, providing guests with advice and information. Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A welcoming and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
