Service Advisor

We are currently on a search for a Spares Advisor to join the largest manufacturer and distributor of major appliances in Southern Africa, to be based in Polokwane.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintaining high service levels, coordinating service partners.Booking of service calls.Scheduling and closing of service calls daily and providing feedback.Briefing and debriefing of service partners.Maintaining a 4-day turnaround time.Running progress reports daily.Running of technician inventories and counting stock.Improving customer satisfaction by calling customers.Processing of service exchanges.Coordinating deliveries of service exchanges.Selling and maintaining service exchange database.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Applicants with Matric.SAP experience will be advantageous.Excel and Microsoft Word are essential.REQUIRED SKILLS:Strong administration skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to complete tasks in high-paced environments.Ability to handle pressure.Prior experience in a service advisor or customer service preferred.Please be advised if you haven't been contacted within 30 days then your application is unsuccessful.
