New opportunity has become available as Sous Chef with this award-winning wine estate complex in the Cape Winelands area.
For this Sous Chef position, you'll need a background in Japanese fusion cuisine in top-end restaurant environments.
You'll be responsible for smooth running of your department, training junior teams in a positive working environment, while creating a memorable dining experience for guests.
Strong kitchen management & HACCP skills required.
Requirements:
You'll be based in the Winelands area
Relevant hospitality qualification or experience
Japanese fusion cuisine experienced
Salary Package: Up to R28 000 DOE
