Sous Chef

Our client is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join their dynamic team.
In this key role, you will manage the day-to-day food production operations and lead the culinary team within a specific outlet.
Your primary objective is to deliver high-quality culinary products while maximizing revenue through efficient operations, controlling productivity, and maintaining equipment and stock in line with company standards.
You will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef to ensure the seamless execution of the kitchen's operations and contribute to the outlet's overall success.
Key Deliverables:  Contribute to revenue growth by ensuring that food production meets demand while controlling operational inefficiencies, waste, and unnecessary costs.
Oversee all aspects of the food production process, ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality dishes that meet the established culinary standards.
Manage the kitchen's daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, minimal waste, and high productivity.
Optimize kitchen workflow for better efficiency.
Work with the Executive Chef to execute and implement menu items, ensuring consistency in both presentation and quality.
Manage kitchen resources effectively, including food and beverage stock, equipment, and labor, to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
