Required for 4* conference centre, CT Airport
R20-25k ctc + big company benefits p/m
Relevant culinary qualification at Diploma level
Membership with South African Chef's Association and other relevant culinary accreditation
5-6 years' experience and track record in a similarly graded hotel/restaurant kitchen environment, with 2+ years as CDP
Able to work shifts as required
