As a Sourcer working onsite in Cape Town South Africa, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.Our sourcing team build and execute targeted sourcing plans, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future multilingual hiring positions across EMEA. They will utilize a strong client-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with TA leaders, managers and recruiters and leverage our technology platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to current and future talent needs.You'll report to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition for EMEA.
