We are currently looking for a dedicated Solutions Specialist with a focus in Cloudflare to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Cloudflare services to enhance the security, performance, and reliability of our clients' web applications.
As a Solutions Specialist at Forefront, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and help them leverage Cloudflare's suite of products effectively.
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring optimal configuration, performance monitoring, and security enhancements for our clients' web environments.
This position is critical to supporting pre-sales, deployment, and ongoing support of Cloudflare solutions for our clients, helping them optimize security, performance, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cloudflare's extensive suite of services, including web security, performance optimization, and content delivery networks (CDN), and a proven track record of implementing and supporting Cloudflare solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Support : Engage with clients to understand their security and performance needs.
Provide technical expertise and guidance during pre-sales engagements.
Create tailored solution proposals, including demonstrations and presentations, focused on Cloudflare's solutions.
Cloudflare Solution Deployment : Design and implement Cloudflare solutions, including DDoS protection, WAF (Web Application Firewall), CDN setup, SSL/TLS configuration, and DNS management.
Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth deployment and integration of Cloudflare services with their existing infrastructure.
Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) setups and evaluations to showcase the effectiveness of Cloudflare's solutions.
Post-Sales Support : Provide continuous support to clients, addressing any issues related to Cloudflare solutions.
Monitor and optimize performance and security features, ensuring they align with the client's evolving needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Cloudflare services.
Training and Enablement : Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Cloudflare features, best practices, and implementation strategies.
Stay updated on the latest Cloudflare features and innovations and ensure the team and clients are aware of new opportunities.
Requirements Deep Experience with Cloudflare Services : Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and supporting a wide range of Cloudflare solutions including WAF, CDN, DNS, DDoS protection, Zero Trust Services, and SSL/TLS management.
Experience in network optimization and security implementations leveraging Cloudflare's suite of tools.
Technical Expertise : Solid understanding of internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and networking concepts.
Hands-on experience with routing, load balancing, and security configurations.
Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in areas related to web performance, security, and networking.
Customer-Focused : Experience working in a client-facing role, providing both pre-sales consultation and post-sales support.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Problem Solver : Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Keen analytical skills and attention to detail for handling complex deployments and configurations.
Preferred Skills : Certifications in Cloudflare or related areas (e.g., network security, cloud security).
Familiarity with scripting languages for automating deployments and configurations.
Experience working in a managed services or cybersecurity solutions environment.
