Job Description To understand and translate the needs of the customer into platform business opportunities and design and develop innovative platform solutions addressing customer and business needs.
Drive platform enablement strategies and long-term vision to design and build best in class work items and capabilities on platform. Oversee the vision and entire lifecycle of the platform solution, from inception to launch. Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with business, CX and UX designers, developers, and research teams from end to end of the process. Ability to craft a solution and value proposition vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy. Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities. Partner with business owners and product teams to build platform roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader platform enablement portfolio plan. Work on analyzing large data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies. Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources. Manage the platform roadmap and backlog for all platform solutions. Oversee and manage lead requirements in discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing. Partner with business and senior management to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues. Partner with the project office and cross-functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on business requirements and feature development and prioritization. Partner with IT teams to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities as per business requirements on time and per expectation. Work with product, marketing, and CVM to develop positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors. Monitor and evaluate solution/work item performance/take up to ensure constant product iteration and improvements. Executes and contributes to the strategy for assigned work items, with input and direction from senior management. Communicates this strategy to relevant stakeholders. Controls and communicates the platform roadmap, with oversight from senior management to the supporting teams and relevant stakeholders. Monitors the performance, using both quantitative and qualitative assessment, of assigned digital solutions, ensuring that they are meeting stated service level agreements, established KPIs, and immediately escalating any issues to ensure their prompt resolution.
