The brands we are currently distributing are: Solargiga, Deye, Solis, Sinotec and Oliter. Our office is based in Midrand, Johannesburg. We are seeking a talented sales administrator to drive lead generation and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a motivated and competitive individual who thrives in setting and exceeding targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their needs and introduce our products/services, scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.Conduct research to identify potential leads and understand market trends.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and moving them through the sales funnel, providing regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.Email Writing: Ability to draft sales emails and responses to inquiries received.Coordinate with the marketing Manager to develop and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogues.Handle administrative tasks related to sales and marketing, including maintaining contact lists, coordinating schedules.Qualifications:Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1 year's entry or mid-level experience in the solar industry.Ability to handle rejection and remain tenacious.Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Tools and Technology:Familiarity with Respond.io, Woodpecker, and Prospect CRM is preferred.Performance Metrics:Number and quality of leads generated.Number of calls/emails sent.Conversion rate of leads to meetings.Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.Timeliness and accuracy of lead generation reports.Insights and recommendations based on lead data analysis.Promptness in processing marketing-related admin tasks.Compensation:Salary range: R 8 000 – R 12 000 basic salary per month, dependent on experience.Year-end bonuses for achieving all performance metrics.Optional group medical aid and pension upon successful 3 months probation.Primarily an in-office position with the possibility of remote work based on performance.Flexible working hours may be discussed with the candidate.Company Culture:Our environment is friendly, collaborative, competitive, and individuals who thrive on competition and have a strong drive to achieve targets will excel at Huanyu Energy.
