Job Description
An international company offering off-grid, grid-tied and battery storage solutions to commercial, industrial and agricultural clients is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their UK offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to solidify a long-term career.
Minimum Requirements:

BEng/BSc Electrical Engineering
5 – 10 years' experience in the design of solar PV solutions for Commercial & Industrial clients
Experience using AutoCAD, Trimble, Etap, Homer, etc.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Work closely with the Head of Design to deliver the development of cost-effective design and engineering solutions and deliver complete design packages for project proposals.
Production of technical specifications, and drawings using AutoCAD.
Leading technical relationships with sub-contractors, funders and Distribution Network Operators.
To ensure full compliance with quality and H&S systems.
Operate within the company's Construction Design Management procedures.
Support procurement with timely selection and specification of components.
Provide electrical designs, bills of material, design risk assessment, commissioning plans etc.
Site surveys and visits as required.
