Solar Consultant Csp Performance Manager

My client a global engineering consultancy requires a consultant to play a pivotal role in a Concentrated Solar Power "CSP" programme. You will be responsible for asset and performance management reporting into the head of operations and have proven experience in execution of large-scale CSP solar energy projects, this is a key position for a senior engineer with responsibilities for co-ordinating the comprehensive management and optimisation of multiple CSP plants, focus will be operational excellence, financial performance and working closely with each CSP plant.Coordinate the preparation and oversight of production budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational capabilities.Identify and implement opportunities for improving plant efficiency and performance in collaboration with plant teams.Develop contingency plans with plant teams for unscheduled outages to ensure rapid response and minimal disruption.Work with plant maintenance teams to implement and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Utilize advanced modelling and production analysis to optimize plant operations.This is a long-term contract opportunity, Based in the Northern Cape and Johannesburg, with occasional travel to other plant locations and corporate offices
