IIE Varsity College Online campus is seeking appointees in the fieldInternational Relations-Ethics, Democracy and Developmentto strengthen the teaching and research capabilities in the Faculty of Management Studies.
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation/lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.

Minimum Education Requirements per module:
A Bachelor of Arts Honours or Bachelor of Social Science Honours in International Relations.

Alternatively:
Postgraduate Diploma, Masters (MA/ MPhil) or Doctorate (PhD/ DPhil) in International Relations.. 

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
It would be preferable if the following additional competencies are fulfilled:
?Lecturing experience
Work experience ideally in one or other field related to Political Consulting, Intelligence Specialist, Non-profit Programme Coordination, International Policy Analyst, Diplomatic Agent.
