Digital Software Solutions Client Service Manager for External Companies – in the Lending/ Loans IndustryPermanent positionTo work remotelyMatricMust have IT Software qualifications OR any other relative certificates in IT software development, OR OtherMust have gained experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) IT Software Solutions is essentialDriver's License and own TransportMust have working experience in Software Solutions within the Lending/ Loans Industry - this is essentialMust have working experience as a Digital external Client Services/Account Manager for external CompaniesExperience working with internal IT Software development team to provide IT DevOps Software Solutions that the External Companies want to be developedMust be prepared to travel personally to External clients/Company's premises whenever neededWork with External clients/Companies + internal IT and service providers according to the required processes and system solutionsFirst line system support to clientsManage and participate in Operational Meetings and reportingManage all External Company's project scope changesDirect support to developers to clarify client requirementsManage and participate in tasks through each of the key areas of the SDLC, including classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, testing, user training and deploymentsSystem and system environment administration, release management and configurationGeneral System, Process and Client CommunicationIdentify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance and productivityDevelop skills to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiencySalary range: up to R40 000 CTC per Month (depending on years of experience regarding the requirements of this vacancy only)Please email your CV to ******
