Job Description Leading the sales team Motivating, guiding, and evaluating the performance of the sales team.
Setting goals Developing sales targets and goals, and implementing strategies to achieve them.
Analyzing sales data Tracking and analyzing sales statistics, and resolving customer complaints.
Communicating Communicating clearly and persuasively with customers, prospects, team members, and the leadership team.
Problem solving Using problem-solving skills to navigate the market's complex and ever-changing landscape.
Product knowledge Ensuring that the sales team is well-versed in the product's features and benefits.
Reporting Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer.
Other responsibilities include: Mentoring and guiding team members Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs Setting discount rates and determining price schedules Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures Requirements Must have knowledge on the below: Honour's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role, preferable within the MDS (Management Document Service) & MPS (Management Printing Services) industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software (is a plus) Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel as required.
