Location: Kyalami Salary: Market Related, plus commissions EDUCATION: Must have a Post Graduate Degree or higher MBA will be an advantage Appropriate business-related qualification in areas such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounts or Finance, Marketing and Sales EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 5 years executive management experience in a Business Development, Customer Relations and Operations Management role managing a team with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience. Computer literate and numerate at an advanced level. Strong business acumen and business writing skills. Ability to present and articulate at Board level. Good knowledge of innovative solutions and technologies that would enhance business efficiencies. Executive Management Reporting and presentation experience. Ability to liaise with customers at all levels. Must be able to develop business plans and drive business growth strategy. Strong leadership but must have the ability get involved in the detail.
