The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, offering insight and expertise in the developmental aspects of economic transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic advisory on the Socio-Economic Development and Enterprise Development aspects Facilitate and oversee the developmental impact of the programme, offering guidance on its long-term directionEngage with key stakeholders in the energy supply chain to showcase achievements and contribute to poverty alleviationPartner with various developmental institutions to promote inclusive growth and drive the empowerment agendaKey Skills & Qualifications: Post-graduate degree in energy and development, sustainable development, or development economicsMinimum 8 years' experience in social and human development sectors, including experience in development work at a national or international levelExpertise in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) and gender dimensions of economic developmentEE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
