Head Of Warehouse

Our client is seeking a Head of Warehouse that will manage all aspects of the Warehouse streamlining processes and optimizing inventory management. This will be a permanent opportunity based in JHB East.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

Implement solutions and foster a safety-focused cultureWarehouse and Operations Management including the planning, monitoring and managing of daily warehouse operationsLead a team and manage performanceOversee accurate inventory management, cycle counts, bin audits, stock adjustments, and ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing lossesEnsuring Safety and ComplianceBudget and Cost ControlOversee logistic functions, including transportation and vehicle fleet management as well as the maintenance of equipment and warehouse conditionsQualification: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain ManagementSHEQ CertificationExperience: 8+ years' experience in a Head of Warehouse role within the FMCG warehouse or packhouse environmentProficient in Warehouse Procedures and PoliciesExperience with Inventory, Budget and Cost ControlExperience with Logistics and Equipment ManagementIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
