An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Work Team Manager within our East Urban Inverness Social Work Team. This role is for a suitably qualified and experienced Social Worker, preferably someone with relevant experience in adult Social Work practice and in a supervision and leadership role. This Team works as one of four Social Work Teams in Inverness and closely collaborates with the Inverness East Rural Team. The Team forms part of the Integrated Team with other Health and Social Care Teams.The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and bring a commitment to practice improvement and development within a busy urban Social Work Team. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of experience across social work practice, including a leadership role in the protection of vulnerable adults.
