Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.Create visually appealing content using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver that aligns with the brands voice and style.Manage online marketing and e-marketing campaigns to promote products and services, driving traffic and customer engagement.Design and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and UI design principles, ensuring web optimisation for search engines and a seamless user experience.Utilise Automated Marketing Tools to streamline marketing efforts, manage campaigns, and generate reports on performance metrics.Oversee all aspects of Brand Management including brand strategy, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.Evaluate marketing campaigns and manage assets, ensuring campaigns meet objectives and performance targets.Execute successful campaign management, including developing, launching, and analysing campaigns on time and within budget.Maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and update website content to ensure brand consistency.Leverage Desktop Publishing tools to produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and online content, tailored to different audiences.Skills and Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) for graphic design and web creation.Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience in UI design and website management.Familiarity with automated marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.Demonstrated experience in brand management and campaign execution.Understanding of web optimisation techniques and SEO best practices.Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and derive actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.Preferred Qualifications:A degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing would be advantageous.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital advertising strategies.Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
