Large Hotel Corporate is requiring an experienced Marketing manager.
The successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating, managing and coordinating the production and implementation of key strategic and operational marketing and brand strategies and initiatives for the Company Portfolio and its individual property brands.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a glowing company image, both offline and online. You will be tasked with developing and organizing communications activities to increase awareness, cultivating interest and maintaining the brands positive reputation.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years Hospitality Marketing Management background Essential.
Degree in Marketing and Communications Essential.
RSA Citizens
Valid Matric Grade 12

Responsibilities:
Management of the day-to-day output required by the in-house marketing team and external resources.
Responsible for the complete and successful execution of marketing strategies across all the brands.
Drive and maintain a cohesive social media strategy by providing guidelines for storytelling, developing dynamic content, increasing engagement, and reaching bigger audiences on various platforms.
Identify relevant media and influencers in line with the Marketing and Communication strategies.
Oversee the creation of all forms of marketing - direct marketing campaigns, advertising, sales collateral, operational collateral, press releases, and sales executive presentations.
Monitor campaigns to ensure performance and relevance.
Undertakes to complete market analyses and monitoring of the competitive activity in the market.
Follow an efficient workflow and traffic system to execute all marketing to appropriate channels by deadline.
Efficiently allocate resources, monitor the deployment and report on the status thereof in the execution of marketing activities.
Work across multiple projects, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and issues.
Attend meetings – internal and with external marketing providers – to coordinate and communicate about marketing outputs required by the organization.
Work with the marketing team and external agencies to devise timelines, instructions and project plans for future marketing projects.
Quality control process owner – checking that outputs are of the required standard.
Write and distribute press release to media.
Be the custodian of and maintain an ordered DAM.
Work with the marketing team to establish and maintain a client database.
