Social Media PPC SpecialistThe primary responsibility of the Social Media PPC Specialist is to develop and execute social media strategies for our clients, aimed at enhancing their online visibility and boosting lead generation. This role entails close collaboration with fellow social media specialists, digital campaign managers, and designers to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. This is a full-time hybrid position with the requirement to have your own laptop, stable internet connection and the ability to meet in the Westville office once a week for team meetings.What you will doDevelop and execute paid media strategies for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.Create and optimize ad creatives for maximum engagement and conversions.Utilize advanced targeting options to reach relevant audience segments.Manage advertising budgets effectively across multiple campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights.Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and achieve objectives.Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.Ensure compliance with platform advertising policies and guidelines.Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.Provide campaign suggestions based on performance analysis.Deliver campaign reporting to clients on a bi-monthly and monthly basis.Meet online with clients for monthly strategy sessions.What you need to get the job doneGr. 12/School Leaving Certificate is a minimum requirement.Diploma/Degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferred.Minimum 2 years in a Social Media Specialist or similar role; at least 1 year experience in Facebook PPC.Excellent understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media best practices.Proficiency in social media marketing tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.Experience with social media advertising, particularly Facebook lead ads.Understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.Familiarity with social media KPIs and performance metrics.Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with email marketing and SMS campaigns is a bonus.Who we are and what we doWho we are: iX Online is a proudly South African and independent digital solutions company that specializes in website design, vehicle stock solutions and digital marketing.
