Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Campaign ManagementTo plan, schedule & post branded content across owned social media channels based on marketing & promotional calendarManage the above content through monthly social media & paid schedulesTo plan & share branded content across external partner social media channels (malls, media titles, etc)Manage brand & product placement to deliver on strategic omni channel objectivesBuild & manage relationships within collaborations & influencersCommunity management, customer engagement & daily conversations on social mediaLiaising with customer service, logging of daily complaints & online reputation managementAmplify messaging on social media for brand events or engagement activitiesDrive data acquisition through social mediaWeekly & monthly reports to marketing team & managementCompetitor analysis & opportunitiesTrending topics & relevant news/ opportunitiesCopy writing for accompanying post copy & customer responses. Community ManagementExecute a results-driven social media strategy as part of the digital team.Manage brand & product placement to deliver on strategic omni channel objectivesCollaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar aligned to the marketing & promotional plan.Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealingManage the above content through monthly social media & paid schedulesDevelop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.Attend events and produce live social media contentAmplify messaging on social media for brand events or engagement activitiesMaintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.Monitor social media channels for industry trends.Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.Build & manage relationships within collaborations & influencersLiaising with customer service, logging of daily complaints & online reputation managementDrive data acquisition through social mediaWeekly & monthly reports to marketing team & managementCompetitor analysis & opportunitiesTrending topics & relevant news/ opportunitiesCopy writing for accompanying post copy & customer responsesQualifications And ExperienceDiploma or tertiary studies in Digital marketing, communications, PR or similarPassion, Confidence and 4-6 years' experience in a similar role working in social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.SkillsExcellent social listening skillsAbility to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media spaceStrong copywriting and copy editing skillsTop-notch oral and verbal communication skillsImpeccable time management skills with the ability to multitaskDetail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesDirect experience in social media management tools (Hootsuite etc)Up to date with key trends & industry newsAbility to work well under pressureDeadline driven / time managementTeam player with a Can-do attitudeInnovative and OrganisedResilient and courageousSelf-managed and Takes the initiativeCurious / enquiring mindFashion trend enthusiastExperience with Microsoft office.Behavioursapplies market and business insights in order to drive organisational objectivesconveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise and impactful mannerunderstands, anticipates, and meets the needs and expectations of customersconsistently makes timely, well-rounded and informed decisionsinterprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problemsassesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processesleverages new technology to enhance productivity, improve problem solving, and support business growthPreference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.About UsWho we are is because of our people.
