We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Manager & Virtual Assistant. This unique role combines the creativity and strategic mindset of a social media expert with the organizational skills and flexibility of a virtual assistant.
Role Overview: As a Social Media Marketing Manager & Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies while also handling a variety of administrative tasks to support our team. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels in both strategic marketing and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
Create, curate, and manage published content (e.g., text, images, video).
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Create and design case studies and visual content using Canva or other design tools.

Virtual Assistance:

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and coordinating with team members.
Perform research and compile reports as needed.
Manage and organize digital files and documentation.
Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operation of the team.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing and virtual assistance.
Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and engagement strategies, with substantial experience using LinkedIn as a key channel.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
Experience creating visual content and case studies using Canva or similar design tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
