Minimum Requirements: 4 or more years of social media management experience.
Completed Marketing-related tertiary qualification.
Ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities: Content Strategy and Planning: Develop detailed content calendars and posting schedules that align with each brand's voice and marketing goals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our content creation teams, including copywriters and designers, to manage the process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Client Liaison: Oversee the content approval process with clients, ensuring all materials meet brand standards and are aligned with client expectations.
Platform Management: Take responsibility for loading content onto various social media platforms, ensuring that each post is optimized for engagement and reach.
Community and Page Management: Actively manage and monitor social media communities, responding to inquiries, engaging with followers, and maintaining a positive brand image.
