Position Overview:Do you have a knack for energizing social media and bringing smiles to others? We're searching for a driven and enthusiastic Social Media Lead Generator to boost our digital presence and engage with our community. This role focuses on outreach and building connections rather than just creating content. If you're proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in sales and communication, we want to hear from you!
Core Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:Schedule and post content three times a week.Foster engagement by monitoring, responding to, and interacting with comments, messages, and mentions.
Daily Outreach:Send out at least 100 messages daily across 3-4 company Instagram profiles.Build relationships with potential clients, partners, and influencers to drive growth.
Sales and Engagement:Apply your sales expertise, including cold calling, to generate leads and create opportunities.Encourage visits to our locations for teeth whitening sessions.Work within a structured compensation system to achieve sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior sales experience, particularly in cold calling, is an advantage.
Available to work 6 days a week and capable of managing multiple accounts effectively.
