Social Media Manager

The social media community manager will be responsible for managing the brands' social media platforms including planning, posting, engaging, and Ads managing. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in social media management and a passion for creating engaging content.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily social media activities, including content posting, scheduling, and community engagement.Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner.Assist in executing social media strategies and campaigns.Create engaging and high-quality content for social media channels.Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports to the Head of Social Media & Strategy.Assist in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedule.Support digital marketing campaigns in email marketing.Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the brand relevant.Assist in organizing and executing social media events and promotions.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in social media management.Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).Basic understanding of email marketing.Ability to analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights.Customer service-oriented with the ability to engage and build relationships with the online community.Application Deadline: 2024/07/31Expected Start Date: 2024/08/01Email your CV and supporting documents to ****** Type: Full-timePay: R8000,00 - R12000,00 per month
