We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Social Media Manager with knowledge of Web3 and Blockchain to join the Flight3 team.

The role:
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, creative, and experienced writer who can develop and own comprehensive long-term social media strategies for our clients and Flight3. You will work closely with the content, social, PR & design teams, and be the point of contact for clients for all content-related inquiries. All candidates must have a deep understanding of the Web3 space.
Responsibilities include:
Owning the end-to-end social media writing process for each client Driving forward the end to end social media design strategy for each client Leading and mapping the social content creation strategy & calendar Execution of the content creation strategy in line with marketing and business announcements, including airdrops, exchange listings, giveaways, and appearances. Leading and collaborating with internal functional leads to deliver cut-through multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns in line with the organisation's marketing and business strategies Managing stakeholders and partners to conceptualize, develop and execute all creative in line with the brand's positioning ensuring resonance with key target segments Analysing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices Reporting on campaign KPIs and overall return on investment whilst balancing broader business objectives Using analytics tools to help inform content A successful applicant will have:
Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, or related fields Multiple freelance, agency or in-house experiences Strong experience in Web3 and blockchain Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing online marketing and social media strategies for clients Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity. Experience with marketing automation. Proficiency in social media management and strategy The salary offered for this role is dependent on experience and location.
