Define and manage the solution implementation approach and frameworks aligned to technology solution strategy. Implementation oversight to the implementation of Gyro technology solutions to enable Gyro services, information, reporting and analytics requirements. Inputs for the development and implementation of Gyro Technology Solution strategy, approach, architecture and plan. Accountable for management of the production environments.Job ResponsibilitiesManage IT Operations: Oversee the daily operations of IT services, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely.Service Delivery: Ensure IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently, meeting the agreed service levels.Team Management: Lead and manage the IT service delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring staff are well-versed in the organization's technology stack.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of agreements.IT Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the IT strategy, and ensure its alignment with the overall business strategy.Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage IT risks.Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the IT service delivery budget, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Application Support: Oversee the support and maintenance of all software applications within the organization to ensure optimal performance and availability.Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for applications to ensure data integrity and availability in case of a disaster.Managing complex and strategic relationships (internal and external) to ensure technology alignment of Gyro/ Corporate IT with rest of Telkom companies.Stakeholder Engagements for technology solutions.Business case development and translation into IT Operations and management.Provide inputs for the translation of Gyro strategic intent into business processes, business requirements, business rules and ultimately solution implementation.Provide technology thought leadership within Gyro and representation of Gyro within Telkom and external market.Provide inputs to define and manage IT Solutions landscape, costing, licenses and production maintenance and support.Assist with the analysis, design, implement, monitor and continuously improve Gyro technology solution landscape.Support development of year on year business plans for technology solutions.Develop solution implementation flight plan and journey map aligned to Gyro timelines.Develop, track and report project budgets and costing.Manage and report programme milestone and adherence to timelines.Manage solution related issues, risks and mitigation plans.Define and enforce governance and standards.Translate the business strategy into capabilities required to achieve Gyro/ Corporate strategic intent.Understanding impact of new business strategies and services;
