Snr Manager: Digital Transformation

Business unit, Department, Reporting Business Unit CFO Department Enterprise Performance Enablement Job grade/level M4   Core Description Responsible for the overseeing and management of the finance digital transformation function through leveraging various technologies to enhance and modernise financial operations, systems and strategies.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions strategy, support, set-up and working groups focused on services that bring together key stakeholders.
Build relationships with the key local stakeholders to promote the development of an open and innovative digital finance ecosystem.
Design, implement and monitor user, agent and staff training as well as client enrolment strategies and programs.
Contribute to the development of effective tools and methodologies to help BCX accelerate the shift from manual to digitalised processes and boost the effectivity and efficiency of digital finance ecosystems and services.
Provide high quality technical inputs on digital finance project design, priorities, partnership opportunities for technical collaboration, and quality control of deliverables.
Establish projects and initiatives in collaboration with finance colleagues and business to enable automation of finance and business core processes for effective and efficient management of the business.
Establish processes and take responsibility for the management and monitoring of implemented automation and digital tools.
Liaise with auditors and manage the auditing of digital and automation system and tools.
Manage and support the daily operation of digital and automation tools and systems, including the accuracy of inputs and outputs of relevant systems and tools.

Experience in the ICT industry would be advantageous.
Continuous and process improvement experience in finance service delivery is required Certifications Lean Six Sigma Project Management CTA/CA (SA)/ CIMA or equivalent Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Span of Control 1-5 Level of Engagement Engagement will all levels within the organisation, internal and external to the business.
