Exciting career opportunity.Key Responsibilities• Lead a portfolio of client projects in SA and Africa.• Manage the entire lifecycle of the client engagement.• Co-ordinating the Consulting teams.• Manage and deliver on diverse projects in the build environment.• The firm maximises real estate assets as a business evolves.• Co. provides end-to-end Solutions: building conversions, renovations, development feasibility, New design and build, Fitouts, Workplace solutions etc.• Make a significant contribution towards the growth of the business.• Manage a portfolio of key clients and assist in generating new business.• Develop and implement the Client Service strategy and business growth strategy.• Grow the professional real estate strategy.
