SKIN CARE THERAPIST - must be able to travel between branches TYGERVALLEY - Bellville, Western Cape (ZA) START: 01 November 2024 TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00) Saturday (09:00 - 17:00) Sunday & PH's (09:00 - 14:00) 7x Days off per month including 2x Saturday & 2x Sundays 3x weekdays REPORT TO: Owner SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS R8,500 Basic per month Service Commission Retail Commission Incentives (at management discretion) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen only Based in the Northern Suburbs Reliable transport as you will be required to travel between our various branches CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology / Aesthetician BONUS - Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but nice to have) Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of a skin care professional Confident skin care and ingredients knowledge EXPERIENCE: At least TWO years post-graduation experience (not including work integrated learning / experiential learning) within the Spa/Beauty or Aesthetics industries Senior Therapist / Lead therapist experience is a bonus Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable high-end salon or similar day spa environment Experience working with active ingredients KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Confident and skilled in all standard BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services including Facials, Beautifying, Waxing and grooming Confident performing a detailed skin analysis and prescribe relevant home care Skin penetrating treatments including micro needling Confidently re-book clients where applicable Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision BONUS SKILLS: Lash Lifting or Lash Enhancements Microblading Permanent Make-up
