Spa Therapist

Scope and General Purpose of Job:  Perform professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing (aesthetic services) and remain current with the industry.  Perform in a safe and professional manner to clients.  Provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service.
Requirements Proven experience as a qualified beauty Therapist and or Massage Therapist, with a minimum of 1 years' experience.
Recognized certification or diploma in beauty Therapy and or Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
Proficient knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, aroma therapy, etc.
Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and appropriate skincare product recommendation.
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatments and provide advise clearly and professionally.
Strong sales and upselling abilities to promote additional services and products effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanour, maintaining a high level of personal grooming and hygiene.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Knowledge of healthy and safety standards and the ability to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Uphold the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality when dealing with clients and their information.
