Site Support Manager

As an Executive Search and Career Consultant specializing in the niche market of Supply Chain, we represent some of the top leaders and are called upon by blue chip organizations in the country to secure talent and assist them in building high performance teams.A leading Retailer is looking for a Site Support Manager to be based at their warehouse in Midrand.This position is primarily responsible for cost-effectively managing all site support services to ensure the effective running of the site.Key Responsibilities:Execution of one-year operating plan that optimizes site support.Control one-year budget to deliver plan.Manage the delivery of site support operational service levels.Management of all site support contracts through SLA's.Manage corporate governance requirements including financial controls, business continuity plans, and legal compliance.Contribute to Continuity Planning and ensure adequate contingencies are in place.Build, develop and entrench a high-performance culture within the Supply Chain Site services team by providing leadership, guidance, support, and hands-on coaching to the managers and staff.Conduct benchmarking and implement continuous improvement projects.Requirements:Relevant Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Project Management Qualification and Experience beneficial.5 Years' relevant working experience.Experience with quality assurance interventions.Experience in contract management, including relevant legal requirements.Please send your CV to ****** and quote the job title in the subject line.The People Shop (Pty) Ltd | www.peopleshop.co.za | 021462 2828
